I wanted to let you know what a great job Shannon did for me the other day. We had to place a rush order on two printers and we did not have very much notice or time to get them ordered. Shannon took the order and ran with it. Within an hour she had the order, processed it and had, it scheduled to be delivered this Thursday. This was a tremendous help not only to me but also to our company. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated what she did and the effort she made to help us. She is always willing to help us in any way she can and this is just one example of that. Again, I can’t express enough how much we appreciate Shannon. You have a great team at UL and they are all winners in my book.
